Even with Auto Hold, you can still click on cards you want to let go. Then there is the Allow Double option, which lets you attempt to double your payout after you click the Double button. The dealer will show a dealt card with the face showing, and four remaining cards are dealt with the face down. You will choose one of the four downward facing cards for play. If the card you choose is greater in rank than the shown card from the dealer, then your payout is doubled.
