The other gaming innovation from Real Time Gaming online casinos, Pick'em Poker, has a payout table that starts at 9s or Better, and employs hands like the royal flush that pay out greater than the Jacks or Better style of video poker online. However, this is nothing for players to get overly excited about, as combinations of winning hands are not that easy to come by here. For this rendition, players of Pick'Em Poker get two upfront cards dealt to them, along with another two stacks consisting of three cards each. The top card on these two stacks are faced up, so the player has no clue what the other cards are in the stacks.The idea with this set up is that the player has to decide which stack they will choose to place in their hand, based upon the two in their possession, plus the face up cards on the top of the two stacks. After choosing, the bottom two face-down cards in the chosen stack are turned around and a hand is formed from them. Any winning combinations that are revealed are paid out as normal, per the payout table. The matter of choice is made simple if either of the two top cards in the stacks, combined with the two in hand already show a winning combination. The player really has no choice but to take the stack that creates the winning combination. If there are no winning combinations revealed at the start, then regular rules apply to the succeeding play. The player would choose the stack that he believes will give him the greatest odds of getting a winning hand, but the specific strategy will be a bit different in this game compared to other video poker games. In this optional hand, players try to pick a card from the deck that is greater in value than what the dealer has.
